13 year old girls everywhere can breath a sigh of relief now that they can have a little bit of Edward Cullen at home now, yup that's right Twilight was released this past Saturday at exclusive midnight parties all over the U.S. retail store Hot Topic threw parties at their locations for Twihards , Ashley Greene (Alice Cullen) made an appearance at the Hollywood&Highland location causing fans to freak out over one of their favorite vampires, other stars from the flick showed up on unsuspecting fans Edi Gathegi (Laurent) showed up at the Borders store in NYC , and Rachelle Lefevre (Victoria) popped up in Salt Lake City at Walmart , Director Catherine Hardwicke at Borders in Dallas , Nikki Reed (Rosalie Cullen) surprised fans at Chicago Hot Topic , and Peter Facinelli showed up in Washington. The rest of the Twilight gang Rachelle Lefevre , Ashley Greene , Kellan Lutz went to the Kitson release party Saturday. and JSYK- Twilight sold more than 3 million copies in the first day of its release , so if you haven't picked up a copy go get one and get bit :)
