Last night the new 90210 premiered , and showed the world just how much a tv show can exaggerate high school life. The show starts with the family moving from Kansas to Beverly Hills causing the kids Annie and adopted son Dixon to leave their old lives behind . The family moves into their grandmother's mansion , and settle into to the old West Beverly Hills High , where Bentleys and Gucci flats are of the norm , Annie's day starts with her meeting Ethan a guy she met one summer in BH , but the meeting is awkward he's cheating on his girlfriend with another girl "inside a car" that's all i'm saying , then she meets Naomi the girlfriend of Ethan and becomes quick friends with her shopping at Beverly Hills boutique Maxfields and going to the original casts old hangout the new revamped Peach Pit , then Naomi has to write a paper due the next day so Annie gives her, her paper on the same thing and Naomi turns in the same paper , and then the principal who happens to be Annie's dad finds out and has a meeting with Naomi's mother . The next day Annie learns that her boyfriend in Kansas ,Jason broke up with her , and then her Dad learns that he fathered a child with Naomi's mom 20 years ago. (scandoulous) Then Annie finds the perfect rebound at school , super gorgeous super rich Ty then they go on a date to a restaurant in San Francisco from Beverly Hills in the same day ( you know a typical date) then she tells her new friend Silver who happens to be the guidance counselor's sister (Jenny Garth) about the date and finds out that she used to be friends with Naomi , but cut it off when she told everyone that Silver's dad was cheating on her mom , and now she wants revenge.
